Security
Controlled access for certification records
Certification LMS uses layered controls to protect certification records, test content, evaluation files, issued credentials, notifications, and live evaluator-supervised sessions.
Authentication
Application access requires authenticated accounts. Public visitors can only view active credential verification pages and cannot view private records or tests.
Authorization
Local roles control what each user can do. Administrators, evaluators, contractors, and organization users have different permissions.
Additional Controls
- Session codes are required before a test taker can join a lab session.
- Evaluator or admin approval is required before each test attempt starts.
- Test records, evaluation records, credential actions, and key proctor actions are logged.
- Question attachments are stored outside the database and served through controlled access.
- Email notifications do not include full driver license numbers or answer keys.
